It’s a cold and gloomy fall day here in Minnesota, so what better way to spend part of my day in the house than to work on a new Crochet Washcloth Pattern #101! This is a very easy pattern to follow using Single Crochet. I hope you all enjoy! Feel free to post pictures of your finished items in comments. 🙂
1 skein of Worsted Weight 100% Cotton Yarn
CH = Chain
SK = Skip
SC = Single Crochet
ST = Stitch
STS = Stitches
Row 1: SC in second CH from hook and each CH across. (31)
Row 2: CH 1, turn, 2 SC in first ST, *SK 1, 2 SC in next ST**, repeat from * to ** to end of row until you get to last 2 STS, SK second to last ST, and SC in last ST of row. (31)
Row 3 – 28: Repeat instructions from Row 2 for approximately a total of 28 rows or until Washcloth measures even both width and length.
Row 29: CH 1, turn SC in first ST and in each ST across.
Cut roughly a 6 inch tail, fasten off, and weave in ends.
